I successfully cleared B.A 1st and 2nd yrs in 2005-06 but due to some reasons i pass my 3rd in 2011. Am I eligible 4r IAS entrance exam.

I, kulveer singh 25 yrs old unemployed. I cleared my 12th with 61% in 2005 from center school and B.A final with 51%. But i have a gap between graduation. So, kindly guide me.
