If you are a general category student then definitely no. However, there a little chance of getting admission in AIHM Chandigarh if you're an SC/ST/OBC category student. The cutoff is usually high for AIHM Chandigarh. So my answer is no.

Yes, you can very well take admission here. You have a good rank but you need to work very hard as there is a lot of competition there.
