I took arts in pu and scored 90% ,and now i am taking (HEP) BA is it good to do IAS!? how can i do IAS with BA stream?

I have scored 90% in pu arts stream, now i am taking BA(History, Economics,Political science) is it good to do IAS! please answer me soon so that i can join degree!
