I took biology in 2nd pu and now I am going to take BCA it will effect me because of not having computer basics?

    No, it won't affect at all because the basics that you will need will be taught in the 1st semester itself. Studying in PUC will give u an edge as u will have experience over the topics, but if you haven't studied CS or IP doesn't affect much as I had also experienced such situation during my B.Tech in CSE as I also had Bio in my PU exams.
