I took CBSE improvement exam and got 4 GPA. Will it reduce my chance of acceptance at US universities?

I have 1530 in SAT and 2 Certificates in Business.

    The decision to accept a student for admission to a university in the United States depends on multiple factors, including academic performance, extracurricular activities, essays, letters of recommendation, and standardized test scores such as the SAT.
