I took commerce in class 11th, but I want to do B.Sc in jewellery designing. Is it possible?

Yes, it's possible as there is no problem in taking commerce stream or science stream for doing jewellery designing course. You should have 10+2 and if you are of the view about you are commerce stream and jewellery designing. So, let me tell you that B.Sc is just a foundation. In the main jewellery
