I've 20 backlogs in BE mechanical, completed ME in thermal with 7.21 CPI & want to study in US with an IELTS score of 6, can you guide me?

Massey Uni requires IELTS score or equivalent from Indian students. For UG courses admission, 6.0 IELTS score is required. For PG courses of Mssey Uni,  6.5 score is required.
