I've 66.6 % in PCB from Rajasthan Board & mainly have 3 ideas, what should I do next BCA, B.Sc (Biotechnology) and B.Sc (Genetics)?

You belong to biology background so firstly, B.Sc genetics and biotechnology is better for you but if you have interest in future technology and software development then you should go for BCA.
