I'm 31yrs old and hv 9+ yrs exp in cust service n operations. 7 yrs in life insurance and rest in telecom industry. but want to switch to IT. have done BCA n now in final sem MCA.pls suggest best available options for me.

Please explore the possibility of joining the Income Tax Department (IT Section) where there is a requirement of such jobs. ALternatively, LIC itself may be offering suitable jobs fo rimproving the computerisation of their records.
