I've a backlog in the 5th sem of BCA, am I eligible to give JNUs entrance exam for MCA with this?

    Yes, you are eligible for giving the entrance exam but for admission, you have to clear the backlog as soon as possible because it'll act as a barrier for getting admission into MCA.

    No, without clearing your backs in BCA, you can't go for any entrance exam because they need a candidate who doesn't have any backlog. They need 50%-60% aggregate to appear for the entrance exam.
