My Diploma was done from Don Bosco Technical Institute, Kolkata. It was a 2-year ITI course plus 1-year private diploma.

If you are having such technical skills that you can crack any interview then you can pass the Diploma either from a government institution or private. Try to put your efforts in getting skills as per the demand of the market.
