I've a doubt. I lost my career between 2012 to 2015 (3 years) but now doing MCA. Am I eligible to do MS in USA?

As long as you have sufficient proof to justify that you did some work (even part-time), you will not have any issues.

Yes, banks will happily give you loans. That is their main business.
