I've a little knowledge of all these MBA entrances. Can I give CAT 2018 (Nov.)? In case I'm not selected, can I give MAT next year in 2019?

I am a B.Sc (bio) student and don't want to drop a year for the preparation of any exam.

Yes, you can give any MBA entrance exam. I will suggest to give as much as possible. And yes, you can prepare well and try for next year also rather than taking any average MBA college.
