I've an offer letter from TU Munich. When can I apply for visa & interview process? When will the course begin (starting October'17)?

As an international student you may be asked to join TU at least few weeks in advance for cultural integrated program. Also, student visa processing period is long. You are advised to start your student visa application in the period of April-May.
