i ve appered for tybsc cs in this year.can i get a jon in networking or web programing without doing the course like ccna etc .cont down

i mean to say i ve dont ve any certificate but can i go to companies and say like that you dont give me more salary or just give me basic internship and tech me few months and train me,i want to ehance my skills and knowledge in netwkng etc or have to do certificate course compulsory?
