The last completed qualification is taken into account, so it should not be a problem. But in case you score well of, during selection and document verification you may have to explain.

That will not be a problem. They generally consider the marks obtained in the latest exam you qualified if you have done well in the NEET exam. Anyway, no need to worry, the National board of examination (NBE) will give you the opportunity to correct your mistakes done in the NEET application form by providing a correction window. It may be 1 week to 15 days of time after the last date of application process ends. So leave this tension and concentrate on upcoming NEET exam preparation. All the best.

There will be no problem regarding this. Do well in the NEET exam and at the time of the counselling, you can change it.

These Aviation courses involve the technical aspects of Aviation and often require candidates to have a background in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, which are assessed through JEE.
