I've applied for two courses I. e B.Sc. B.Ed & B.A. B.Ed do I have to pay double amount of registration fees?

No, you may apply for more than one course, but you can get admitted in only one course of your choice based on the eligibility criteria and cut off. Once you seek admission based on your merit based eligibility you will be required to pay fee for the course and drop the other choices.
