What should I do when my age has crossed 42+&since dec.2004 I've worked at home in the form of irregular work there were some unavoidable circumstances erupted me to do regular Jobs for what I could not make efforts to overcome from those situations;Can you suggest me some problem solving imp. tips.

Madam, I think you know it better that the cause which compelled you to quit your earlier job has been removed or not and also you are the best judge to evaluate the necessity of starting a new job again . Regarding education - yes, you can go forward based on your best interest. Best wished.......
