I've attended JEE Mains 2017 & 2018 (both times cleared). If I'll not attend JEE Mains 2019 (1), will I be eligible for JEE Mains 2019 (2)?

Three attempts can be given to JEE Main, but only twice Advanced can be given. To attend for JEE paper 2 attending JEE paper 1 is must.
