I've B.E. Computers degree, I've 2yrs of Job exp. Is it better to do Mtech/GRE/continue my job? innovation/learning new things is my focus

I'm financially from a lower middle class bracket. The current company job is monotonous. need to learn new challenging things. is it better to do MTech and go into research? does research in computer science has any future in India, are any new research centres being established in India?
