    You can change colleges if you have not joined Hyderabad College. As per allotment rules, if you don't join your allotted college, you have a chance of getting another college in further allotment rounds. However, if you have already taken admission at your allotted college, the college transfer process is very difficult. In some special cases, the transfer to another college is permitted, such as in cases of parent transfers. Also, this can only be possible if both colleges come under the same university.
