I've been shortlisted for the social entrepreneurship program how to prepare for pit/pi? How tough is this process?

You will be grilled considerably on your inclination towards social entrepreneurship. You need to be aware of the current social issues and or at least form some basic idea as to what you want to do(venture/job). Plus you should be prepared with your short and long term goals.
As far as the essay is concerned just practice the basics XAT types and you should be fine.They look for the clarity of thought and the logical sequence of answers and not literary prowess. -
In pit there will be an essay topic could be like a debate topic such as migration is search of jobs
andin pi u have to be witty and confident they might ask you question what is there in the syllabus etc -
For Pit (Pre-interview test) there would be essay writing which can't be predictable, and for interview concentrate on why you want to join SE course.As the course aims at training and developing change leaders for social and environment related problem,its appreciable if u already have such plans regarding it.
