I've been writing for government jobs for 2-years now & want to join a business school, will they accept me? Is it a right choice?

The business schools will accept you. There is no age bar for Management studies. Now the choice is all yours. Weigh your options and then decide. If you are failing in government exams by a very small margin then you should continue preparing for it. Or else, take admission in a course.
