I've checked previous year's cut-off of 2014,15,16,17 1st round. Closing rank of all are 11453 something for BPL. Can I get a seat?
My NCHMCT AIR is 10054 and I belong to OBC category.

There are two options, common and vegetarian. Your rank is 10054 and you belong to OBC category, so chances are bright. Attend all rounds.
