I've cleared JEE Mains with 15000 rank and also hoping to clear JEE Advanced with 135-150 marks. I want to pursue Aeronautical Engineering.

Though, if the Advanced marks are this much, then you may get into one of the best government. Colleges in South India for aeronautical. No, NIT offers aeronautical engineering hence you can try for other cores with them.

Your best chance of having aeronautical engineering through JEE Mains is IIEST Shibpur (Kolkata) and if everything goes as expected, you hold a great chance of having aeronautical engineering from top IITs such as IIT Kharagpur and IIST Thiruvananthapuram. All the best.
