I've cleared my BE in EEE 2017 with FCD & want to do Masters abroad, I'm from a village background. Which are the best branches for me?
Which are the best institutes where I can go for Masters and also has a reasonable fee? I have no idea how to move? I have no work experience since I was preparing for UPSC, will that be a problem?

For Studying Abroad, the cost will be really heavy but that can be managed from loans the biggest issue will be the IESTS or TOFEL exam of English which needs atleast 100+ in 120 for admission in any English spoken country, so focus on that and best place to try will be Australia to go for admission the lowest cost.
