I've cleared NCHM & got a seat allotted but I'm not happy with it, should I pay for seat allotment or wait for the 2nd-round of counselling?

Congratulations for clearing NCHMCT JEE exam. As per NCHMCT rules, you have to pay the fee for the allotted seat and then only you can proceed further for the upgradation of your seat by attending the first round of spot counselling.
    All the best.
