i've complete my graduation with bio-science pass course on 2009.....please advise what can i do now.....i'm working in retail sector

after my graduation i'm still working with Essar telecom retail ltd as a store manager,but still i want to learn more things but i was totally unable to find any way where i can put my future-----please advise..........
