I've completed 12th in 1995. Post that, I got a Diploma in computer hardware from Jetking. Can I do B.Tech in computer science now?
I am 40-years old right now.

Well age is not a barrier for pursuing B.Tech degree but your Diploma from jetking will not help you for that degree. Yes still you can start your B.Tech course if you have Science in 10+2 and if you are willing to start it from the 1st year of B.Tech course. All the best.

What would be the process? Should I go for full time or regular? Which colleges entertain without any age restrictions.
