i've completed 12th with comm.(u.p board) now a days waiting for result wanna do c.a + b.com(honours). which college is good for me?

i m looking for a right option.. as i've described i m from u.p board n its very difficult task to gain 70-80% in u.p board yet i want the best college.. is it possible?
