I've completed 12th with science maths. When will CPT be conducted?

As per my knowledge, June session will be the last session of CPT exam and exam will not be conducted after June for 2019 you can check the official website. Eligibility for the candidate is he must holds a Bachelor's degree with minimum 60% marks in any stream.
