Is there any chance that I can get scholarship? Can I get a job in Canada by doing B.Com. I am interested in doing Diploma.

There will not be a course called B.Com in Canada. You have many specialised courses on commerce and accounting, which you can select and apply. As you have plus 2 with commerce you can take up the courses related to that and there is no need of maths.
