I've completed +2 exams (i took bio-math) but i'm confused what to choose ( BSc / engineering) i don't know which has more career options.

Haritha you have completed 12 with maths and bio .you have both option in hand you can plan to take admission in medical or engineering . see every studies are consider for career. only choice is your I will describe one by one . if you do B SC than plan master in any subject like mathematics physic
