I've completed a Diploma in electrical but want to change my department or side for BE but I am poor. can you guide me?

Hello Pavan, You have completed your Diploma in electrical but want to change stream while doing graduation. In addition you are saying that you are poor meaning you cannot afford high fees. Right? I feel the best course for you is to pursue AMIE. This is equivalent to graduation for all purposes.
