The minimum eligibility criterion for appearing in CAT for admission in MBA is at least a 3-years Bachelor's degree in any subject from a recognised university with at least 50 per cent marks or equivalent (45 per cent for SC/ST or persons with disability (PWD) category). There is no age bar for appearing in CAT. If you have 50% or more marks in B.Com then you are eligible to appear in CAT. All the Best!

Hello! As far as I know, one can appear for the CAT exam irrespective of the gap between the academics(after graduation in this case). But only those who have scored at least 50% marks in graduation are eligible for CAT.

Yes, you are eligible for CAT exam but remember that if you are aiming for IIMs through your CAT score then you must have worked somewhere for 2 years or any strong reason should be there to fill for your gap years.
    Good luck.

    Hello,
Yes, you are eligible for taking CAT but to get into IIMs, you need to have a solid reason for your gap year.
    Good luck.
