I've completed B.Com & looking to upgrade my education. I've been working for over 15-years in BPS, P2P and banking domain.
I'm currently working as a manager with an IT firm & am looking at 2 things - MBA or taking up something to change my line of work. I'm looking for some guidance on how to proceed.

Hi,
You could try for Executive MBA and specialize in Finance and take anyone topic further and to look up a little further, Ph.D can be one of your options.
