I've completed B.E(EEE).i had mat,phy,chem and stat in my 12th.i have a keen desire to study B.Sc(psy).could i learn psych. without biology

I am just worried if i could learn psychology without having read biology in my 12th std. will i be admitted in psychology course ? please help.
