I've completed B.Sc. Computer Science with 70%. I've gotten 73% aggregation in 12. But im Physics=73%, Maths=58.5% am I eligible to AFCAT?

Yes, you are eligible for Ground Duty (Non-Technical) Branch for Administration and Logistics posts. The eligibility criteria is given below.
1. Age : 20 to 26 years
2. Educational qualifications : Graduate Degree (Minimum three year degree course) in any discipline from a recognised university with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent.
3. Marital status : Candidates below 25 years of age must be unmarried at the time of commencement of course. -

Education: Graduation (min 3 years) in any discipline with min 60% marks and have passed Maths and Physics as subject at 10+2 level B.E/ B.Tech from a recognised University with min 60% marks. Age Limit : 20 to 24 years. -
You are not eligible for technical but you may be eligible for nontechnical i.e. ground duty.
