Since you are clear that you want to pursue Ph.D. in HR, you can explore the following career options: 1. Join a college as a lecturer in HRM and then enrol yourself for PhD 2. Join the HR function in any corporate. Clear UGC exam and enrol for Ph.D.

You can take few years of experience in corporate, and then do your Ph.D in HR.
