Your 1st step should be to start preparing for all the entrance tests for MBA admissions next year. Once u clear any one of them CAT SNAP TISSNET XAT CMAT GMAT try to check which colleges have good HR placements. Regarding "good" exam, I think all the tests are good. If u are very serious about HR, do give TISSNET will 100% dedication.

Congratulations for your completion of your graduation. Well there is no such specific entrance exam which can be considered as good or bad. It all depends on which college you are looking for to pursue MBA - HR. So first you can check about the exams like CAT XAT CET, SNAP and what are it recent eligibility criteria, what all colleges fall under it. You can also check few renowned autonomous colleges as well which provides with specific entrance exams for the admission along with all the details of their course, specialisation & fee structure as well. Hope this answer helps you. All the best.
