I've completed BE in Computer Science. I now wish to pursue MSc and higher research in Medicinal Plants. Which Indian institute is best?

This branch of study is taken out of pure academic interest. I want to excel in this subject. Which is why, I'd like to be sure that the Institute offering such a course is excellent for that subject. Anywhere in India is fine. Fees should be affordable.
