Since you got 38% in your XII then you are bound to pursue your degree from IGNOU only. The IGNOU is not the best but still it will help you to a greater extent. You just have to appear for the final exam and you have to make peojects also and side by side you can also start your buisness. Course

The eligibility criteria for BCA program at KJC is as under. Eligibility for Admission :- Any student who has passed PUC/10+2/Pre-University equivalent courses in Science, Arts or Commerce securing a minimum of 40% of marks is eligible.
