As you're a science student, you have a wonderful opportunity to appear in CSIR NET Exam and continue your further research in Physics.
Let me give you a basic intro to CSIR NET 2018 (https://www.eduncle.com/csir-net-exam) ! This exam is conducted twice a year, in the month of June & December.
The candidates who have completed their graduation or post-graduation in the field of Science can appear in the exam. Those who qualify it can perform research by getting the fellowships from CSIR or can apply for lectureship in various prestigious universities of India.
