I've completed Masters degree in MBA HR in 2014. I have a gap of 3 years (1 year job experience +1 bank exam preparation). What should I do?

I did not understand your question. You can apply for banking exams.

Better to keep some experience certification in any organisation working. After graduation, mostly, no university asks for gap between years. A day's money matters every. Use the time wisely and do not spend more.
