I've completed MBA (SCDL# and want to do MBA #IT) for Degree through ltrl entry n after that i have plan for PhD. Which is best universtity?

    The best university would be the one that you choose and whose eligibility criteria you meet.While selecting a university/college you can consider its rank, recognition, teaching methodology,placements.Find below few options for your evaluation:
    -Punjab Technical University
    -Maharishi Dayanand University
