I've completed MBBS from Russia if I do MHA in India still I will have to take MCI exam? Will I be eligible to practice in a govt. hospital?

As per the Medical Council of India, any Indian student who has completed his/her MBBS from a foreign country has to appear and clear MCI screening test in order to practice in India. This examination is conducted twice in a year and there is no cap for appearing in this examination.
