I've completed MCA with 67% from distance mode and BA (Political Science, Sociology and English) with 49% . Am I eligible for PHD?

At base of MCA you can get admision in Ph.D , you have to give test for any university . you can also go for Mphill or if you can qualify GATE or NET exam then you may be exempted from entrance test
