    Hello Dear, For UPSC you need to be a graduate from UGC recognised institutions. So you need a graduation atleast.

    For 12th level exams, you are eligible. Like NDA. But for graduation level exams like CDS, IAS etc. , graduation is required. Diploma is not considered equivalent to graduation.

    Look, as you have completed your class 12th, you are eligible. Take a look at the exams like NDA or NA conducted by UPSC.
