I've completed my 12th by private schooling and have also been preparing for CLAT. Will my 12th grades affect my admission in NLSIU?

The admission in NLSIU are purely based on Ranks/ Marks obtained in CLAT UG exam. So yours 12th marks will not affect the admission criteria. However you must have to meet the minimum eligibility criteria of CLAT and secure minimum 45% marks in 12th if belongs to General / OBC / PWD / NRI / PIO / OCI categories. while 40% for SC/ST.
