You can do a bachelors in CS or IT. Though in college, they won't teach you hacking but a degree is necessary in order to work in top MNCs. Along with a degree program, you can pursue Ethical hacking/Cyber Security courses. Do a CEH certification.
There are many private institutes offering courses. Gujarat Forensic Science University offer few e-courses. You can refer them at https://www.gfsu.edu.in/institute-of-forensic-science/e-courses-ifs/
Also, it offers Master’s program in several cyber security and forensics domain. Post your graduation, you can plan for it.
